• Hawaiian Awa: 3-4 fresh-frozen Awa varieties (Kava from Hawaii).
• Polynesian Kava Kava: 2-3 traditionally dried varieties from Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Fiji.

1 oz of Bugga Strong Kava Concentrate is equivalent to 2.5 kava shells. A kava shell is a traditional serving of kava (5 ounces served in a coconut shell).
